Nationwide Shipping on Every Boyce Highlands Order
The architectural millwork we build for your project does not become useful until it is on your job site, undamaged, and ready to install. Boyce Highlands ships every order we manufacture, packaged and crated inside our own shop so the protection answers to the same quality standards as the moulding. This is not a freight service you hire us for. It is how the millwork we make reaches your door.
Our forest to finish model does not stop at the shipping dock. The vertical integration that controls the lumber, tooling, and finishing of your order also controls how it is wrapped, crated, and routed. There is no seam where responsibility can quietly transfer to someone holding a lower standard, which is the difference between an order that arrives ready to install and one that needs a punch list before it comes off the truck.
Why Shipping Is Built Into the Build
Most premium millwork shops finish the piece and hand the rest off to a freight broker. The order sits on a dock waiting for whatever trailer happens to be heading in your direction. Every step in that chain is a quality risk our partners do not have time to manage. We close the loop by keeping packaging and delivery of our own work inside the same operation that grinds the knife and grades the board. The standards that govern the moulder still apply when your order gets strapped to a pallet.
That control is what lets us hold tolerances all the way to your dock. Aerospace level precision at the moulder is not protected by hopeful packaging. It is protected by a packing process built around finished architectural goods, run by the people who made them, and matched to the destination from the day the production schedule is set.
Bring your toughest profile, species, or schedule question to a team with more than 80 years of combined experience. We will tell you what is possible, what it will cost, and how to get there.
Packaging Matched to Your Order
- Individual piece wrapping for pre-finished moulding and visible components that cannot tolerate strap marks or contact damage.
- Bulk packaging and palletizing for long production runs where consolidated handling protects both the order and the schedule.
- Custom crating built in house around large or complex multi-part assemblies that cannot move safely without a purpose-built enclosure.
- Pre-finish protection layered into the packaging so a factory furniture finish survives the truck the same way it survives our booth.
Coast to Coast Without the Handoff
- Institutional campuses across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest, including universities, libraries, and research facilities.
- Museum, library, and government interiors in major metropolitan markets where finish quality is non-negotiable.
- Hospitality and commercial fit-outs nationwide, from restaurant chains to flagship retail to corporate interiors.
- Resort and high-end residential projects on the West Coast, in the Mountain West, and across the South, where lead times and finish protection both matter.
