Open Positions – Concord, NH


Customer Service Representative – Full Time

Customer Service Representative – Boyce Highlands is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative for our Concord, NH location. This position will assist in entering daily customer orders, providing information to both the sales and production teams, and keeping the customer informed on the status of their orders. The ideal candidate will be someone with strong verbal and written communication skills capable of processing customer orders using our production software, while maintaining customer relationships.

Primary responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include:
• Answering inbound phone calls.
• Order entry and processing.
• Respond to customers via telephone or email.
• Follow good housekeeping procedures.
• Execute written instructions/procedures.
• Record required data accurately and on a timely basis.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work in a respectful, team-oriented environment.
• Flexible and willing to perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good/Excellent computer skills/knowledge.
• Basic math skills.
• Experience with sales/production software would be an added plus.
• Effective time management skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in the customer service or sales field preferred.


SCHEDULE:
Job Type: Full-time, Day Shift. 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:
Starting wage is Dependent on experiences. There is the opportunity for overtime. Boyce Highlands offers an excellent benefits package including 401(k) plan, paid holidays, earned vacation, medical, dental.

General Woodworker – First/Second Shift

General Woodworker – Boyce Highlands is seeking an experienced production woodworker, familiar with both the production process, and machinery maintenance. This position is responsible for producing and finishing solid wood products using advanced machinery, hand tools and sanding equipment. Production needs include but are not limited to customer orders, inventory, and product samples.

Primary responsibilities of the General Woodworker include:
• Production assembly of various wood products. Including, but not limited to: window frames, door frames, picture frames, rosettes, or sample materials.
• Order Fulfilment
• Follow good housekeeping procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
• Execute written instructions/procedures.
• Record required data accurately and on a timely basis.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work in a respectful, team-oriented environment.
• Flexible and willing to perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school and/or prior work experience in manufacturing or directly related field preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Able to lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods of time, able to climb stairs, withstand repetitive movement and work in a fast pace environment.
• Familiar with molders, planers, jointers, shapers, up-cut saws, and resaws.

SCHEDULE:
Job Type: Full-time, Day Shift. 6 AM to 3:30 PM Monday thru Thursday 6 AM to 10 AM Friday
